Exploring Mount Holyoke with the Organization Chart
Getting to the Org Chart
- After logging into Workday, click the Worker icon at the top right corner of the home screen. Then click on the View Profile button.
- On the next screen, click the "Team" icon in the blue Worker Profile sidebar menu.
- If you only have one job, the Team button will show your Org Chart. If you have multiple jobs, it will show only the Org Chart for the job that has been identified as your "primary" job.
Using the Org Chart
- The Org Chart is an interactive view of the management structure and hierarchy in Workday. Your own level in the org chart will appear first. If you see a number on an individual worker’s tile in the org chart, it indicates that they are a manager, and the number is how many direct reports that manager has.
- You can explore levels in the org chart by clicking on the up or down arrows.
- You may click on a person's name to view their Worker profile. The worker profile includes the employee's OneCard photo, work email address, name, department, job title, and pronouns when they have chosen to share them.
- Note: information visible on a worker's profile is limited based on your security status and the information they have chosen to share, when available.
