Adobe reference code 205
How to resolve
- Open Keychain Access using one of the following methods:
- Open a Finder window and select Go in the top menu bar. In the dropdown menu, select Utilities. Then select Keychain Access.
- Find Keychain Access if you use Spotlight search which is the magnifying glass in the top menu bar. A keyboard shortcut for Spotlight search is Command + space bar, then type Keychain Access.
- In Keychain Access, make sure that login is selected in the lefthand menu underneath "Default Keychains."
- Open the Secure Notes tab.
- Use the right-click to delete any entries there for Adobe App Info and Adobe App Prefetched Info
- You may be able to find entries for these items by searching in the Keychain Access search. However, there is a bug that prevents the delete option from working if you found the items by searching rather than navigating to them via the secure notes tab.
- Restart your computer.
- Log into your Adobe Creative Cloud account and launch an app to use.
