Overview
Use these instructions to make sure you're properly logged into your MHC enterprise Adobe account. Adobe can be tricky and log you out of the enterprise account or otherwise inadvertently put you into a personal account associated with your MHC email address.
Please note that Adobe access provisioning is manual and new employees may not be immediately granted access to the software.
First try logging out and back in
- Open the Adobe Creative Cloud app
- Select your profile circle in the top right of the application and choose Sign Out and then choose Continue
- Then when the log in screen loads, enter your full Mount Holyoke College email address into the email field and choose Continue
- If prompted, choose "Company /School Account"
- You will be redirected to the Blue and White Mount Holyoke College log in page. Enter your MHC username [without @mtholyoke.edu] and password and select Login
Second try disconnecting your Adobe account from your Google account
If you've used the "sign in with Google" feature, sometimes Adobe will associate your MHC email with a personal/non-enterprise version of the license. To get out of that and regain access to the enterprise license, follow these instructions.
- Log into Adobe Creative Cloud
- Select your user icon in the top right
- Select Adobe Account
- In your Adobe Account, select Manage social sign in
- Select the Disconnect button next to Google
- Once you select Disconnect, you will be redirected to the Adobe Creative Cloud login page
- Select Sign in with a different email address
- Start log-in in by typing in your MHC email address
- You should be directed to the blue MHC login page, where you can enter your MHC username and password
