- Search "Change My Home Contact Information" in the main search bar
- Scroll down to the Email section
- Though you can also update other contact information on this page as well

Alums: Update your recovery email and phone number
Alums who have claimed their MHC Accounts for DASH can do account recovery using a phone number, email address, or Duo verification.
Update your recovery email address and phone number for account recovery
- Go to account.mtholyoke.edu.
- Log in with your username and password and complete Duo verification if prompted.
- Go to My Profile.
- Enter a new recovery email and/or phone number
- Choose Submit
- Locate the PIN sent to each new recovery method you provided
- Enter the PIN(s) and choose Verify
- That email address and/or phone number are now your recovery methods.
The email address set up as your "personal email" in your DASH profile can also be used for account recovery.
Update your phone number for Duo
In order to do this, you'll need to have be able to receive texts at your previous phone number still.
- Go to account.mtholyoke.edu.
- Log in with your username and password and complete Duo verification if prompted.
- Go to My Security.
- Choose Add a device.
- Fill in the following details:
- Device Type: Leave as Mobile Phone
- Device Name: You can give your phone a nickname (e.g. My new iPhone)
- Platform Type: Set that to match your phone's operating system, or select Generic
- Phone Number: Enter your new phone number
- Check the box to confirm that the phone number is accurate.
- Choose Submit.
- Choose Skip Activation. This part is very important.
- Device activation is only relevant for users who can use the Duo Mobile app, but alums can only complete Duo with codes sent via SMS text message, not the Duo Mobile app. Skipping activation means you skip all of the steps with the Duo Mobile app. Your new phone number will still be added to Duo so you can use it for logging in in the future.
- Your new phone number is now set up for Duo verification!
