What to do if you can't log into your MHC Google account because you don't have access to your 2-step verification methods.
Issue
You can't log into your MHC Google account because you are unable to receive 2-step verification messages. This usually happens when you lose access to the phone you originally used to set up 2-step verification because you got a new phone number or left your phone at home.
Resolution
Create an MHC Account access support ticket.
The LITS Technology Help Desk will provide you with 2-step verification backup codes that will enable you to access your account and set up additional 2-step verification methods.
We always recommend setting up multiple backup methods in order to minimize the likelihood that you'll get locked out like this again in the future.
