OneCard photo upload requirements

Overview

OneCard photos must meet the following requirements in order to be approved and applied across the relevant campus systems.

Requirements

In order to be approved, photos must:

• Be recent, color images

• Be one of the following file formats: .jpeg, .jpg, or .png file

  • The system will not accept .heic files

• Clearly show your face 

  • Do not use filters commonly used on social media

• Be framed to ensure your head is centered and fully visible: from the top of the hair to the bottom of the chin 

• Be straight-on, taken with you facing the camera directly and with your shoulders square to the camera 

• Be taken in front of a neutral background

• Not include sunglasses, hats, and/or masks
