How to upload a OneCard photo

Overview

Follow these instructions to upload a OneCard photo. This is the photo that will be on your campus ID card and will show up in campus systems like Moodle, Pathways, and Workday. 

 

Upload your photo

  1. Open the OneCard web portal to manage your account
  2. In the "Student" section (even if you're faculty or staff) enter your MHC username (no @mtholyoke.edu) and password
  3. Choose Log On
  4. Now you're looking at the Dashboard
  5. Select Personal Settings  > Update Photo 
  6. Review the OneCard photo requirements and choose Upload when you’re ready to add a new photo
  7. To adjust the framing of your photo
    1. Choose Crop & Rotate
    2. Drag and drop the crop lines to establish the new boundaries of your image
    3. Use the  or  buttons to rotate the image
    4. When you’re ready, choose Apply 
  8. When you’re satisfied with your new OneCard photo, choose Submit

LITS will review your submission and email you with further information once your photo has been approved or declined
