In order to ensure more equitable use of funds across departments and improve the tracking of tutor wages, all student jobs with tutor wages must now be tracked using the Program worktag “PG0060 - Academic Tutor Readers” and charged to the Academic Department’s Cost Center. The Tutor Readers budget will no longer be charged to the Dean of Students or Student Success and Advising budgets. This guide will help supervisors create job requisitions using the correct Cost Center and Program, and edit existing job requisitions to reflect the correct cost center and Program, PG0060 - Academic Tutor Readers.
