Canon MFD service and supplies

Overview

These are answers to any questions you may have regarding the Canon multi-functional device, MFD, that is in your area. These devices are also called printers, copiers and/or scanners.

Running low on toner?

  • Your MFD will communicate with Canon when toner supplies are low and auto-ship new toner to you via UPS, at no cost.
  • While we want you to use the automated toner process, you may order directly via Canon Supplies: 1-800-355-1390

Other supplies

  • You must order your waste toner cartridge (no fee), they do not auto-ship.
  • Staples are not part of the auto-ship, they must be ordered through Canon Supplies or via MHC OPS, item P1 Staple Cartridge (you pay, as an office supply).

    • Or review the Hello My Name is XXX sheet for your device.

  2. Once you log in to your account and create a custom password, you will be directed to the dashboard.
