Change preferences

  1. Click the Profile Icon or Photo in the top right corner of the Workday Homepage.

  1. Click on My Account and then Change Preferences in the profile menu.

  1. The Change Preferences menu box will appear. Here you can update your account preferences.  Adjusting these settings changes the way you see information within Workday, such as report notifications.

 

Commonly used options available include:

  • Background Notification Preferences

    • The options under this heading allow you to control if and how you receive notifications from Workday.

  • Email

    • Options include daily, immediately or mute. "Daily" will provide a daily digest of relevant notifications for that type.

Note: Other options shown may be available to customize, though you may be unable to change some account preferences as determined by your system administrator.
