View travel & entertainment card (T&E card) purchases

Steps

View Travel & Entertainment card transactions

  • From the Workday home screen, click the Global Navigation Menu in the top left to open the Workday Apps sidebar
  • Click the Expenses hub app
  • On the Overview screen you should see cards related to your existing activity. This includes draft spend authorizations, draft expense reports, and T&E card transactions, if any of the above exist.

  1. Note: If you have created drafts and they do not display here, please create a help ticket so the Workday support team can help fix that error.
  • To see T&E card transactions in detail, click on the Expense Transactions button in the Expenses hub sidebar

  • From the My Expense Transactions report you can see an overview of your T&E card purchases, including transaction status, merchant, amount, and more. 
  • Click the the magnifying glass (🔍) to the left of a transaction to see more information about it
