Overview
MHC Financial Aid Online (aka PowerFAIDS Net Partner) is the online student portal that streamlines communication between MHC students and the Student Financial Aid offices.
Touchnet is the online billing system for student bills.

Financial Aid Online login
Student log in instructions:
Students should log on to Financial Aid Online using your current MHC username and password at the student Financial Aid Online log in screen, which looks like the familiar blue and white MHC login screen you see when logging into other systems.
Helpful hint: bookmark the link for easy future access!
If you encounter log in issues at the Financial Aid Online portal, try resetting your MHC password.
Family log in instructions:
Family members of MHC students should use the family Financial Aid Online log in screen to log on to Financial Aid Online (it's a different link from the student one).
If a family member encounters login issues at the Financial Aid Online portal, they can try using the "Forgot your User ID" or "Forgot Your Password" links on the Financial Aid Online portal home page.
Authorized users for accessing Touchnet
Find instructions for setting someone up as an authorized user so they can log into TouchNet and submit bill payments on behalf of a student.

If family members need help after that, please contact the Student Financial Services Office directly. They are the ones who manage the Financial Aid Online system and the Touchnet billing system for Mount Holyoke College and will be best able to help.
