A reminder to students about MHC Account security: ONLY
YOU are authorized to use your MHC Account. Allowing others (including family and friends) to log into your MHC Account to access Financial Aid Online or any other system violates MHC's
Acceptable Use of Information Technology Policy.
Please use a Zoom meeting, or other video chat tool, to connect with family members to review your Financial Aid account.
Financial Aid Online
MHC Financial Aid Online (aka PowerFAIDS Net Partner) is the online student portal that streamlines communication between MHC students and the Student Financial Aid offices. This portal is only available for students. There is no family member or authorized user login.
TouchNet Bill Pay
TouchNet is the online billing system for student bills.
- Students can access Touchnet via my.mtholyoke.
- Family members can be set up as "Authorized Users" by their student so they can log into TouchNet in their own account and help with bill pay actions on their student's behalf.

If family members need additional help please contact the Student Financial Services Office directly. They are the ones who manage the Financial Aid Online system and the Touchnet billing system for Mount Holyoke College and will be best able to help.
