How to add Zoom classes in Moodle

Overview

Below find the instructions for adding Zoom classes in Moodle. 

Steps

Add Zoom as an External Activity

  1. Turn on editing in your course (green button at the top)
  2. Navigate to your top course section
  3. Choose add an activity or resource
  4. Look for External Tool and add that
  5. Name it - example: "Zoom class meetings"
  6. From the drop-down of tools available, select Zoom LTI
  7. Save
  8. Return to course

Once Zoom exists in your course:

  1. Click into the activity
  2. Set up a recurring meeting
