Steps

  1. Open onecardweb.mtholyoke.edu to manage your account.
  2. Enter your MHC username and password. Then, choose Log On
  3. Select AccountUpload Photo
  4. Review the OneCard photo requirements and choose Upload when you’re ready to add a new photo.
  5. To adjust the framing of your photo, choose Crop & Rotate.
  6. You may now place the crop lines to establish the new boundaries of your image and use the - or + degree buttons to rotate. When you’re ready, choose Apply Changes
  7. When you’re satisfied with your new OneCard account image, choose Submit.
  8. LITS will review your submission and email you with further information once your photo has been approved or declined.
