OneCard prints and replacements requests

What is it?

The Mount Holyoke College ID (OneCard) is a multi-purpose photo ID card issued to all incoming students, faculty, staff, and eligible community members. If your OneCard is lost or damaged, it can be replaced.

Additionally, the OneCard office provides large quantities of OneCards for large campus events like reunions, prospective student weekends, and conferences. 

 

Who can use it?

Individual OneCard prints/reprints:

  • MHC faculty, staff, and students
  • Five College students taking classes at MHC
  • Simmons SLIS students taking classes at MHC
  • Kendall gym members
  • Retirees and Emeriti
  • local MHC Alums (for library borrowing)

Bulk OneCard prints/reprints

  • MHC staff in the Alumnae Association, Events Office, and/or Admissions Office

 

How do I get it?

Visit the Technology Help Desk during regular business hours to get a new or replacement OneCard for yourself. If you're getting a new OneCard, please either upload a OneCard photo ahead of time or bring some form of photo ID.

After hours, replacement cards can be printed at Public Safety & Service.
