Classroom AV issue and emergency response

What is it?

Projector won't turn on? Computer not behaving?  Let us know if you're having an issue with the audio-visual technology in one of your classrooms.

If the issue happens during a class session, we consider that to be a Classroom Emergency and will send someone from Media Services to troubleshoot.

 

Who can use it?

  • Current MHC students, faculty, and staff
  • Five College faculty and staff

 

How do I get it?

For fastest response, report a classroom emergency by calling the Technology Help Desk (413-538-2600) or Media Services (413-538-3163).

Hours/Availability

Regular business hours when the College is open. 

Limited troubleshooting from student workers may be available until 9PM on weekdays.
