Understand the "Constituency Redirection Error" in my.mtholyoke and how to resolve it.
Overview
Occasionally when users are new to MHC and their accounts have just been created, the first time they log into my.mtholyoke they may see the error "Constituency Redirection Error."
This error means that your account information in our central administrative system hasn't finished processing and my.mthoyloke doesn't know which homepage to present to you (student, faculty, staff, alum, etc).
Resolution
If your first day at the College has just happened, LITS asks that you stand by for several days to allow our system to finish processing your account.
If it has been more than 4 days since your first day at the College, please create a ticket with the LITS Technology Help Desk to let us know that the error hasn't yet resolved itself and we will investigate.
