What is it?

Not sure where to start or just need some general help? Use this service to connect with LITS staff to get your questions answered.  

 

Who can use it?

Anyone including current MHC community members, alums, family members, Five College community members, and area residents 

 

How do I get it?

Use the "Get help" button on this page to open a ticket and be connected with LITS staff for support. 

 

Hours/Availability

Tickets can be submitted 24/7 and will be responded to when the Technology Help Desk is open.
