Add public MHC calendars to your Google calendar

Overview

There are several Google calendars that are useful for MHC community members to see from within their calendar view.

For example:

• Academic calendar
• MHC Events calendar - includes multifaith holidays

Follow the instructions below to add them to your Google calendar.

Steps

1. On your computer, open Google Calendar
2. On the left side, choose + next to Other calendars, then Subscribe to Calendar
3. Paste the address of the MHC calendar of your choice (below) into Add Calendar 
   • Academic calendar: mtholyoke.edu_3ntb6q17rhrk3m25nrtapre2bo@group.calendar.google.com
   • Events calendar: webcal://events.mtholyoke.edu/search/events.ics.ics?event_types%5B%5D=140110
4. Select Enter
5. Since these calendars are already shared with all MHC users, this calendar will be added on the left side under "Other calendars."
6. You may need to customize the name of each calendar to be more recognizable

Now you'll be able to see the events for the calendar(s) you added when you look at your own Google Calendar.
