How to name a proxy to submit course reserve requests on your behalf

Overview

Faculty members can give administrative support staff access to submit reserve requests on their behalf. 

  • Full proxy users can submit requests for all of your courses.
  • Course proxy users can submit requests for specific courses only.

Name a course reserve request proxy

  1. Log in to the online course reserve system with your MHC username and password
  2. Choose Full Proxy Users or Course Proxy Users from the Instructor Tools Menu
  3. Enter the MHC username of the proxy
