Using the Org Chart

  • The Org Chart is an interactive view of the management structure and hierarchy in Workday. Your own level in the org chart will appear first. If you see a number on an individual worker’s tile in the org chart, it indicates that they are a manager, and the number is how many direct reports that manager has.
  • You can explore levels in the org chart by clicking on the up or down arrows.

  • You may click on a person's name to view their Worker profile. The worker profile includes the employee's OneCard photo, work email address, name, department, job title, and pronouns when they have chosen to share them.
    • Note: information visible on a worker's profile is limited based on your security status and the information they have chosen to share, when available.
