Body
On Monday, February 2, Duo Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) updated security certificates that will affect some users of the Duo mobile app.
To continue using the Duo app to authenticate when logging in to services like Moodle and My.MountHolyoke, Duo users should make sure they have the most recent version of the software installed. If your app is not updated, you may experience an authentication failure the next time you try to log in.
