- Enter the number where you'd like to forward your calls

Note on phone number formatting: To forward to an off-campus number, you’ll need to dial 9 first. If it’s not a local 413 number, you’ll also need to add a 1 before the number. Ex 914135551234
Setting up call forwarding with short codes
Short codes are numbers that you can dial to enable and disable various features. The following short codes allow you to set and change your call forwarding settings.
Keep in mind that when you usse short codes, your phone isn't always going to be very clear that it's done the thing you've asked it to do. For example, when you cancel all forwarding, the phone will just beep twice. Rest assured that the short code has still worked.
