Workday Support

What is it?

Mount Holyoke will begin using Workday for all human capital management (HCM), payroll, and financial management on April 1, 2024. Users who still need support after reviewing support articles can get help from the Workday support team. 

 

Who can use it?

Mount Holyoke College student workers, faculty, and staff.

 

How do I get it?

Use the "Request Workday Help" button on this page to go to the Workday support request form.

 

Hours/Availability

Questions will be responded to during regular business hours when the College is open.

The Workday support team is responding to many tickets as well as making changes to Workday. Response time may be 48-72 hours. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to correct these issues.
