Troubleshooting

  • If you have trouble getting the login page to display, try opening a different browser.
  • Current MHC students, faculty and staff who attempt to connect to MHC-Public will land on a page that reads "You are seeing this web page because you have previously connected to the SSID eduroam and are now trying to connect to the guest network (SSID: MHC-Public)." Connect to eduroam instead.
  • Alums and others who are no longer current MHC students, faculty, or staff members who land on page that reads "You are seeing this web page because you have previously connected to the SSID eduroam and are now trying to connect to the guest network (SSID: MHC-Public)" should create a ticket to get guest WiFi help
