ZoomHealthCare is a version of Zoom provided to MHC staff in the health and counseling centers.
Before you can access it, you must first request to have your account converted to a ZoomHealthCare account.
How to log into Zoom HealthCare for the first time
To log into your MHC Zoom HealthCare for the first time:

Go to mtholyoke.zoom.us and choose Log In.

On the screen that says "You are signing into a Zoom account that is different from your current one", choose Switch to the New Account.

On the "Switch to the New Zoom account" screen, carefully read the information about the potential consequences of switching Zoom accounts, and then choose I Acknowledge and Switch.

You'll see a notification that Zoom has sent you an email message containing account activation instructions. In that email message, choose Switch your Zoom account to New Account to activate your new account.
NOTE: If you don't see the Zoom email in your inbox, check your spam mail folder.

On the confirmation screen, select Sign in Now, and then enter your MHC email address and password to log into your ZoomHealthCare account.
Gotchas & pitfalls
Once you log into your Zoom Health account, your previously scheduled meetings will appear under My Meetings, and you no longer will be able to log into the standard IU Zoom instance.
