What to do after your Five College Meal Exchange request is approved

Overview

You've requested to participate in the Five College Meal exchange program at your home institution. What do you do when you hear back that your request has been approved?

Instructions below are organized by the institution where you'll be EATING your Five College meals, not by where you are primarily enrolled as a student.

UMass Amherst

UMass Five College Meal Cards can be picked up at the UMass Meal Plan office, located on the 3rd floor of Worcester Dining Commons, room 310A. Office hours for pick up are Monday-Friday 8:30am-4pm. Bring photo ID to verify your identity!

Five College meal swipes will be accepted at any of their four dining commons as well as Grab N’ Go locations.

Smith College

Report to Smith College's OneCard Office (Stoddard Hall - 203) to obtain your Five College meal pass. Bring photo ID to verify your identity!

Amherst College

Collect your paper meal pass at Amherst College – Dining Services Office, Valentine Hall (413)542-2221. Office hours for pick up are 8:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-3:30pm. Bring photo ID to verify your identity!

Hampshire College

Go to the Dining Services Office (located in Hampshire's Dining Commons) to get your meal pass. Bring photo ID to verify your identity!

Mount Holyoke College

Drop by the LITS Technology Help Desk on the 4th floor of the library in the Information Commons to get your Five College student OneCard, which you'll use to swipe into the dining hall. 

Office hours for pick up are 8:30am-5pm Monday through Friday. 

Upload a OneCard photo ahead of time or bring photo ID to verify your identity!
