These are answers to any questions you may have regarding the Kyocera desktop printer that is in your area.

Running low on toner?

  • Your Kyocera printer will communicate with Kyocera Document Solutions when toner supplies are low and auto-ship new toner to you via UPS, at no cost.
  • While we want you to use the automated toner process, you may order directly via Kyocera Document Solutions at 1-800-847-3526.

Printer need service?

  • Schedule a service call by contacting Kyocera Document Solutions of New England at 1-800-847-3526.
  • They'll need the printer's ID number.
    • To find the ID number, look at the red sticker on the top of the printer.
