Steps to complete common purchasing tasks in Workday

Overview

The table below provides a quick overview of the steps required to complete common procurement activities in Workday.

Pay a supplier invoice for a supplier that is not on file Share supplier registration site with supplier or Create supplier request. Then Create supplier invoice request Email invoice to AP (payables@mtholyoke.edu)
Pay a supplier invoice for goods/services delivered when you have already made a Standing Order requisition/PO in Workday Create receipt Email invoice to AP (payables@mtholyoke.edu) and include the PO number created from your requisition
