Classroom AV support and training requests

What is it?

LITS Media Services provides a variety of classroom technology mediation, from simple projection systems to full podiums with built-in computers and videoconferencing equipment. LITS Media Services designs, installs, and maintains these systems, and provides tech support for them including emergency troubleshooting and end user training.

  • Current MHC students, faculty, and staff
  • Five College faculty and staff

 

How do I get it?

For fastest response, report a classroom emergency by calling the Technology Help Desk (413-538-2600) or Media Services (413-538-3163). You can also use the "Report classroom AV issue/emergency" button on this page to report classroom technology issues.

Hours/Availability

Direct support with and training on classroom technology are available during regular business hours when the College is open. Training sessions are dependent on staff availability.

Limited troubleshooting from student workers may be available until 9PM on weekdays.
