Digital Accessibility review

What is it?

Mount Holyoke College strives to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 for digital accessibility. This international standard enables disabled people equitable access to MHC's digital content.

A digital accessibility review is conducted by Mount Holyoke's Digital Accessibility Coordinator to provide feedback on how a software product, web page, document, or course content meets or fails to meet WCAG 2.2 standards and the steps that can be taken to remediate the barriers.

Who can use it?

A digital accessibility review may be requested by MHC faculty and staff.

How do I get it?

Use the "Request Digital Accessibility review consultation" button on this page to get to the request form.

After the form is submitted the Digital Accessibility Coordinator will review the request to make sure it is within the scope of the office.

Hours/Availability

Requests will be processed during regular business hours when the College is open. During normal operations a request will be reviewed and the requester will receive a manual response within 2 business days, however during high volume times this may take up to 5 business days.
