Annual Cybersecurity Awareness Training

Each year MHC requires all staff and faculty to complete a cybersecurity awareness training through the SANS Institute, widely renowned for its cybersecurity training.

Archives & Special Collections: Research Visits

The Archives and Special Collections are open to the Mount Holyoke community and general public. Our staff are available to support your research process in-person, by email, video appointment, or telephone.

Archives and Special Collections: Donations

Archives and Special Collections collects the papers and other records of individuals, institutions, and organizations connected with Mount Holyoke College.

Artificial intelligence (AI) feedback and tools assessment

For systems that we manage, LITS assesses available AI features and follows a process to determine if we'll enable them for the campus community. This service page is a central place for community members to provide feedback about AI on campus and to request that new AI feature-sets be reviewed by LITS.

Class visit requests

Develop learning experiences tailored to the needs of your students in collaboration with LITS experts from Research Services, Archives & Special Collections, Educational Technology, and/or the Language & Culture Commons.

Classroom AV support and training requests

Media Services designs, installs, and maintains classroom audio-visual equipment and provides tech support for them including emergency troubleshooting and end user training.
