What is it?
We use our centralized management systems to push your client software, applications, and/or configurations to MHC computers that need to have those changes.
This service is
not for normal application patching, operating system updates, computer lab requests, manually-installed software, or requests for individual computers. If you're looking to request that software be installed on an individual computer or standalone software be installed on a small group of computers, please use the
Software installation service.

- Staff who are application administrators

Hours/Availability
- Normal LITS business hours for setup and processing
- Deployments can be scheduled for off-hours
