Add Self Service pages as an exception in Avast! antivirus.
Issue
Avast! antivirus sometimes flags the Self Service menu pages (csweb01.mtholyoke.edu) as phishing sites and block them from loading. This can cause challenges when you're trying to reset your MHC password.
Resolution
If you're an Avast! user, you can manually add the csweb01.mtholyoke.edu domain as an exception so that you're able to access important pages on Self Service and the password change and reset forms.
