Computer hardware support

What is it?

LITS fully supports College-owned computers experiencing software or hardware issues. We have Dell- and Apple-certified technicians on staff who can repair most problems on site and provide a loaner laptop if you need one.

 

Who can use it?

MHC faculty and staff with College-owned devices

 

How do I get it?

Request hardware support using the "Request hardware support" button on this page.

 

Hours/Availability

Requests can be submitted 24/7 and will be processed during regular business hours when the College is open.
