Return IT equipment to LITS

What is it?

There are many reasons that you may be returning IT equipment to LITS, including but not limited to:

  • Returning employee-assigned devices upon employee departure
  • Retiring overdue computers
  • E-cycling old department equipment
  • Returning short term media or tech equipment loans from the Circulation Desk and Media Services

How do I return IT equipment to LITS? 

SCENARIO METHOD
I need to return on-campus large/bulky equipment (desktops, monitors)   Submit the form on this page. After submitting this form, you'll get a link to schedule the pickup.
I am an employee with smaller items (laptops, cables, etc) from my office or department to return Just drop by the LITS Technology Help Desk with the items and we'll handle the ticketing side of things.
I am a fully remote employee (or their manager) with items to return to LITS Submit the form on this page. After submitting this form, someone from LITS will reach out to coordinate shipping the items back to campus.
I need to return something I borrowed from the Circulation Desk or Media Services These items can be returned at your convenience to the service desk where they were originally checked out.

 

Hours/Availability

Drop equipment off anytime the relevant desk is open:

Equipment pickup is dependent on staff availability. Pickup appointments can be scheduled after submitting the form on this page. 

Shipping returns will be coordinated during regular business hours when the College is open.
