What is it?
Wolfram Mathematica is a software system with built-in libraries for several areas of technical computing that allow machine learning, statistics, symbolic computation, data manipulation, network analysis, time series analysis, NLP, optimization, plotting functions and various types of data, implementation of algorithms, creation of user interfaces, and interfacing with programs written in other programming languages.
The software is available on select MHC computer lab machines and can be installed on personally-owned computers and individually assigned College-owned computers through the Wolfram website.

How do I get it?
Get Mathematica on a computer where you're an administrator
- Go to www.wolfram.com/siteinfo and enter your MHC email
- Follow the directions on screen to download and install
- If you need help installing, detailed steps are at www.wolfr.am/MH
Find Mathematica in a campus computer lab
Request Mathematica be installed in on an MHC-owned computer where you don't have admin privileges
Hours/Availability
- Available on lab computers when labs are open
- Available 24/7 on your personal devices once installed
- Requests for new installs and renewals are processed during regular business hours when the College is open
