For users running into the error while attempting to set up the Avaya Workplace app.
Issue
You are attempting to set up the Avaya Workplace app and get the error: "No auto-configuration file available"

Resolution
The steps below may resolve your issue and help you get into the app, but
this error may indicate that you have an out of date version of the Avaya Workplace application. Make sure you're using the most recent version available in the
Get started with Avaya Workplace article.
- Use the gear icon on the error screen and choose manual setup
- Add your extension and Avaya IP Office user portal password on the Account tab
- Go to the Services tab and toggle on the "phone service" (may have to select show details for the menu to expand)
- Enter the following information:
- Server address: myphone.mtholyoke.edu
- Server Port: 5061
- Domain: myphone.mtholyoke.edu
- Toggle on Use TLS
- Adhoc Conference address: ConfServer@myphone.mtholyoke.edu
- Choose Done
