What is it?
Faculty and staff should use this service to request a Microsoft 365 license.
Microsoft 365 licenses allow users to access Microsoft 365 accounts online. Users can use Microsoft apps like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel on the web or download them to personal computers and MHC-owned Windows computers.
- Microsoft OneDrive is available to Microsoft 365 account holders as part of our licensing. However, LITS does NOT support Microsoft One Drive. MHC is a Google campus and we support Google Drive.
- Microsoft Teams is also a part of the installation package for Microsoft 365 installs, but MHC users are not licensed to use it. Use Google Mail, Chat, Meet and/or Zoom instead.
Who can use it?
Faculty and staff must request M365 licenses if needed for work purposes.

Hours/Availability
Microsoft 365 license requests are processed during regular business hours when the College is open.
