I got a new phone - How do I activate Duo Mobile on it?

Overview

If you get a new phone, there are several ways that you can get it re-activated for use with the Duo Mobile app. Which one will work for you depends on your existing Duo verification methods. 

 

 I can complete Duo verification via another method

If you already had a secondary Duo verification method set up (like TouchID or Windows Hello), then you should be able to access the Duo manage devices page and set up your new phone as one of your verification methods.

 

 I cannot complete Duo verification via another method

If the only Duo verification method that you had set up previously was the Duo Mobile app and you have already replaced your phone, you will need to create an MHC Account access support ticket so that the LITS Technology Help Desk can send you an activation link.
