Among other things, your OneCard provides access to the residence halls, academic, and administrative buildings on campus that are appropriate for you to be able to access. Additional access, changes to building's open hours, and access help can be requested here.

IT equipment that came from LITS should be returned to LITS. There are many reasons that you may be returning IT equipment to LITS: employee departures, retiring overdue computers, e-cycling old department equipment, etc.

Educational access to Word, Excel, OneNote and PowerPoint, Microsoft 365.
Get software installed on campus computers where you're not an admin (ex. classroom and podium computers, lab computers, shared office computers, etc).
Supervisors and department admins can request a new phone or extension reassignment for their employees / office.
LITS provides and purchases many computer accessories for faculty and staff, some of which require departmental or other non-LITS funding. Other accessories can be purchased directly by your department through a Workday punchout.
For systems that we manage, LITS assesses available AI features and follows a process to determine if we'll enable them for the campus community. This service page is a central place for community members to provide feedback about AI on campus and to request that new AI feature-sets be reviewed by LITS.
