*MHC Accounts for
Five College students and some
affiliates don't include Google applications (Email, Calendar, Drive, etc). However, these groups are still provided Google accounts with limited services to enable access to MHC systems that require Google authentication and 2-step verification (ex. VPN).
Then do these steps in any order
¹ More info re: OneCard ID photos: For employees, this step can only be completed once our central administrative system lists you as an active employee. This usually occurs on your first day of work, but can sometimes lag by a day. OneCard accounts may also not be available to affiliates/contingent workers who won't be on campus.
² More info re: Recovery email addresses: Five College students can disregard this step. Your recovery email address is automatically set to your home institution email address (ex. email@smith.edu).
³ More info re: Chosen names and pronouns: Five College students can disregard this step. Our systems will automatically use the name that the Registrar at your home institution shared with us.
